Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of information associated with a Facebook connection used by NSM Page Console.
Option 1 — Disconnect Facebook
- Sign in to NSM Page Console.
- Open Settings → Facebook Connection or the connected Page settings.
- Select Disconnect.
- Confirm the disconnection request.
When the production console implements this workflow, it should revoke/disable the connection and remove or securely schedule deletion of stored access credentials and connection data according to the applicable retention policy.
Option 2 — Request deletion directly
If you cannot access the console, submit a deletion request using the official contact details published at nsmsolution.com.kh. Include enough information to identify the connected organization/Page, but do not send passwords or access tokens.
What may be deleted
- Stored Facebook connection and Page authorization records.
- Stored access tokens or credentials associated with the connection.
- Imported comments, messages, Page interaction records, or cached Meta data where applicable and not subject to a lawful retention requirement.
- Related service metadata that is no longer needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or audit obligations.
What may be retained
Limited security, audit, billing, or legal records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Any retained information should be access-restricted and kept only for the required period.
Meta account data
Disconnecting NSM Page Console does not delete your Facebook account, Facebook Page, or data stored independently by Meta. To manage data held by Meta, use Meta’s own account and Page settings.
