Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NSM Solution and Maintenance Co., LTD (“NSM Solution”, “we”, “us”) handles information when authorized Facebook Page administrators connect and use NSM Page Console.

1. Information we process

Depending on the permissions granted through Meta, the service may process Page identifiers and names, authorized Page access information, Page posts and engagement, comments and replies, Messenger conversations and delivery/read events, and Page or post insights made available by Meta.

2. How we use information

• Connect and manage Facebook Pages authorized by a Page administrator.
• Display and manage Page comments and Messenger conversations in a unified dashboard.
• Allow authorized team members to reply, moderate, assign, tag, and resolve interactions.
• Publish or manage Page content when the relevant permission is enabled.
• Display Page/content analytics when the relevant insights permission is enabled.
• Protect the service, diagnose errors, and maintain audit and security records.

3. Meta/Facebook data

NSM Page Console accesses Meta data only after an authorized user grants the required permissions. We do not sell Meta user data. Access tokens are intended to be stored securely on the server and must not be exposed in browser code or public logs.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate and secure the service, where permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.

5. Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security/audit requirements, comply with legal obligations, or until the connected Page/account is disconnected and the applicable deletion process is completed.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, restricted administrative access, encrypted secret/token storage where implemented, webhook signature verification, and audit logging.

7. Your choices and rights

Authorized users can disconnect a Facebook connection and may request deletion of data associated with that connection. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Third-party services

Facebook and Meta services are governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policies. NSM Page Console is not responsible for Meta’s independent processing practices.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements, or Meta platform requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
