These Terms govern access to and use of NSM Page Console, a service for authorized administration of connected Facebook Pages.

1. Authorized use

You may use the service only for Facebook Pages and business assets that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining valid Meta permissions and complying with applicable Meta platform terms, policies, and messaging rules.

2. Account and team security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, controlling staff access, assigning appropriate roles, and promptly removing access that is no longer required.

3. Prohibited use

• Accessing or attempting to manage a Facebook Page without authorization.
• Using the service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited content.
• Attempting to bypass Meta permissions, platform limits, security controls, or messaging policies.
• Extracting, reselling, or misusing data in violation of law or Meta policies.

4. Meta platform dependency

Features depend on Meta APIs, permissions, review status, platform availability, and policy. Features may change, become unavailable, or require reauthorization when Meta changes its platform.

5. Content and responsibility

You remain responsible for content your organization publishes or sends through the service and for ensuring that team members use the service appropriately.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or change features to improve security, reliability, compliance, or compatibility with Meta platform requirements.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security reasons, unauthorized use, material policy violations, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law and platform dependencies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSM Solution is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes caused by Meta or other third-party services.
